Governance & Bylaws

The VMSERF is governed by a 12 member Board of Directors:

• The President of the Vermont Medical Society
• The Treasurer of the Vermont Medical Society
• The President-elect of the Vermont Medical Society (who typically serves as the President of the ERF Board)
• The Vice President of the Vermont Medical Society
• The Immediate Past-President of the Vermont Medical Society
• The Chair of the Committee on Investments of the Vermont Medical Society
• The Chair of the Committee on Awards of the Vermont Medical Society
• Four additional at-large directors
• The Dean of the UVM College of Medicine (ex-officio)
